Water supply in Cuba is inconsistent and due to deterioration in the water distribution system, the water is often contaminated with cholera. H2O 4 ALL installed a large capacity cistern and water purification system to provide safe water to the church and the surrounding community.

By placing safe water systems in faith community centers, we can promote community health by reducing the risk of waterborne illnesses such as dysentery and cholera. Community members will no longer have to rely on unsafe public water or pay for water. Finally, safe water can empower churches to bring their communities together, providing a much needed support network as communities recover from COVID-19.
