Cape of Good Hope Orphan Care (COGHOC)

Cape of Good Hope Orphan Care and Family Support Project (COGHOC/FSP) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to helping families in Uganda. Founded in 2000 by a community change agent and community based rehabilitation workers, COGHOC advocates for the rights of the elderly, orphans, disabled children, and people living with HIV/AIDS.

In 2020, COGHOC partnered with H2O4ALL to bring safe water to Tom and Margaret Carroll Memorial Education Center in Mawotto Village, Uganda. The school now has a full safe water system, which provides for more than 300 children and staff at the school along with the surrounding community. The school is also home to H2O4ALL's first Food Sustainability Project.
